An open concept layout, combining kitchen, living and dining areas, creates a perfect place for everyday life and entertaining. The kitchen is a cook's delight, with copious storage, counter space and a center island all topped in granite, plus contemporary appliances, upgraded stove hood and both instant hot water and water filtration. The main floor adds a bedroom with bathroom right across, making a perfect guest setup. The second story's spectacular primary suite has windows facing the Petaluma hills. It incorporates a luxurious bathroom and a walk-in ventilated closet. Two more bedrooms, and one full bathroom adjoin a versatile loft that can be used for enjoyment, office, and play area. Optimal energy efficiency is enhanced with owned solar panels, 240V EV charger outlet, high insulation factor and dual smart thermostats that can be remotely controlled. Brody Ranch is one of the newest neighborhoods in Petaluma, near schools, parks, amenities and steps from the SMART train. This turnkey home is ready to go. Don't miss out!

Brody ranch

Welcome to Brody Ranch, established in 1946 as a working Petaluma family for many years. Situated a little over 3 miles from quaint downtown Petaluma. If there is a single word to describe Petaluma and its homes, it is “picturesque.” The older part of town to the west of Highway 101 has retained many of its old Victorian homes, the former mansions of the chicken barons. Petaluma's commercial core is on the National Register of Historic Places. The central shopping district, mainly two-story stone buildings, has recently undergone a revitalization that includes an emphasis on downtown living. Dozens of antique shops operate in the old-town district.
Petaluma is graced with a riverfront -- once the third-busiest in California -- that has been restored, as well as a river walk. The galleries along the river showcase works from some of the best artists in the North Bay. Restaurants along the river provide a perfect place to gaze at sailboats as they pass through the distinctive D Street drawbridge. The annual Butter & Egg Days Parade & Festival, held in April, hearkens back to a simpler time.
